A+ Group offers today a complete set of services in the field of Human Capital Management through its 2 subsidiairies, A+ Consultancy and TeMa.

  1981 : A+ Consultancy was created. It was originally specialised in direct search for middle and senior managers in the IT sector.

  1990 : It is decided to widen the core activity of the company to other sectors as Finance, Marketing & Sales, Engineering and Human Resources.

  1997 : TeMa is created to develop new services as Temporary Management, Staffing, Co- and Out-sourcing.

  1999 : A+ Consultancy completes its services by adding to its core business of search & selection, activities such as recruitment (job adverts), testing, asssessment centres, coaching and HR consultancy.

  2003 : A+ Group centralises all the activities of A+ Consultancy and TeMa.

  2007: A+ Group organises the EMA world yearly meeting in Brussels.

  2007 : A+ Group moves its headquarter offices to a new location :
