Some 16 years, 4 European Executive Search offices (including A+ Consultancy) decided to exchange ideas on the future of their businesses. Their activities were recognised and prosperous, but they had the feeling that, with 1992 and the Single European Market nearly upon them, they needed to combine forces in order to provide their clients with an international service which could respond to their requirement to recruit high level managers. EMA Partners International was born.

Today, EMA Partners International is active in 40 countries (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America) and is recognised as one of the world's largest search organisations and ranks within the TOP 15 Worldwide.
