Centres
Assessment Centres are a much more accurate method than a traditional interview for assessing the management abilities of managers and/or senior staff that the company wishes to hire or promote. Assessment Centers are usually composed of : Interactive situations and role-play exercises adapted to company situations and interpreted by our psychologists allow us to make thorough analysis of the behavioural characteristics (communication skills, leadership skills, conflict management, persuasion, negociation skills, decision making...) associated to a position.
