Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres are a much more accurate method than a traditional interview for assessing the management abilities of managers and/or senior staff that the company wishes to hire or promote.

Assessment Centers are usually composed of :
- An in-depth interview
- Skills and personality tests
- In-tray/In-basket, role play and/or presentation exercises

Interactive situations and role-play exercises adapted to company situations and interpreted by our psychologists allow us to make thorough analysis of the behavioural characteristics (communication skills, leadership skills, conflict management, persuasion, negociation skills, decision making...) associated to a position.

When to use Assessment Centres?

• When the company wishes to ensure that a manager has the required skills for a new position.
• To assess an existing management team when taking over a company.
• To decide between the finalists for a managerial function.
• To determine the supplementary coaching or training needs of a manager (skills analysis).
• As part of a proactive career management policy.
