“Coaching” of middle or senior managers can take several forms as :

• Assistance to managers in order to optimalise their skills, by
  role play exercises based on concrete professional situations or specific trainings,
• Assistance to managers in specific situations as reorganisations or important projects where specific skills are needed as :
  - communication skills,
