search for executives and management staff
Based on your objectives, experience, competencies and the personal characteristics of the ideal candidate, we identify a group of people that respond to your requirements. The identification process involves direct search drawing on our network of relations, our vast database, and e-search via professional associations and universities, etc. Prior to undertaking any mission, we study with you the most suitable method, and use proven assessment techniques such as in-depth interviews and double evaluation (the candidates are seen by two consultants, one "senior" consultant and one consultant-psychologist). When to use direct search? • Recruitment of senior executives and management
staff with specific and/or specialised profiles for which the Human
Resources department is not equipped.
Recruitment & Selection using advertising We use this technique for companies that are seeking specialised staff and junior management staff. On request, we also provide assistance with selection and assessment, allowing the Human Resources department to concentrate on other tasks.
