Testing, evaluation of the personality, IT tools

We use and propose a full set of tools (paper or IT/Internet tests) :

• Technical tests for IT Specialists (Qwiz Online, C.P.A.B., B.P.M.I.,...)
• Reasoning tests (T.E.A.I., Rennes, T.O.A.,...)
• Personality tests (Cattell's 16 PF, Guilford-Zimmerman, I.P.V., Garuda Profile, Focus Profile...) and Leadership skills tests (Garuda Profile, Leader Profile) amongst which some of the Garuda Research Institute.

Battery of Garuda tests: 8 different tools for the analysis of the personality and the professionnal skills (by computer and internet).
Allow comparison of the candidate’s profile (Garuda questionnaire) with the jobprofile (questionnaire filled in by the recruiter).
Possibility to compare the profiles of different team members, to realise self-evaluations and 360° profiles...
